  • Zupotsu is a Sports Martech platform that enables marketers and brands to discover potential sports marketing opportunities, engage with them, close various types of sports marketing opportunities such as sponsorships, endorsements etc.

     

    Zupotsu’s vision is to make every sports asset visible to provide a holistic platform and equal opportunity for all sports sponsorship to grow.

  • Zupotsu provides Agents and Sports Asset owners self as well as supported methods to list their assets on the platform making them available for potential marketing enterprise & brands. Zupotsu also provide an on-platform standardized experience to these engagements bridging the gap between “buyers” and “sellers.”

  • If you are a sports personality and agent or any type of asset owner who wants to outreach to 100s of potential buyers (marketers & brands) easily, then signing up for a Zupotsu listing will make you visible and available not just in India but across the world.

     

    If you are a brand or a marketer, then you can discover / search Zupotsu’s extensive catalogue to fulfil your strategic as well as tactical marketing and activation requirements.

  • Zupotsu is a platform that is not limited to the assortment offered by agencies via their network. Zupotsu caters to both the agency buyers / sellers as well as sports assets as well as brand owners
    alike. Given the time and effort required to make any sports assets visible, often the focus is limited to marquee / large / visible events. Zupotsu provides an equal platform for any type or size of sports marketing opportunity thereby improving visibility across the spectrum of potential marketing needs.

  • Zupotsu is formed by sports enthusiast founders who understand that need of the hour is to lower the barriers for sports culture and sports marketing to grow. For this reason, we have launched Zupotsu as a total free of cost for both potential sellers as well as buyers. These terms however may be revisited from time to time and may be changed depending upon industry evolution. But one thing will always remain intact – our commitment to further the cause of sports and sports fraternity.

  • There are no hidden charges. Once registered, either as a buyer or as a seller, you have full access to the platforms features and functionalities. Zupotsu does not charge access fee, but we do have a transaction fee each time a transaction materializes through the platform. This is clearly communicated to both parties upfront at the time of initial request for proposal.

  • The transaction fee is only applicable at the time of sign-up of a definitive contract or approval of the proposed terms between Zupotsu and both the buyers and the sellers, respectively.

  • Please ensure you register using your correct and valid e-mail ID. In case you do not receive an OTP in your inbox, please do check the spam / junk folders. Your email service provider may have filters in place. Once you mark our mails as “not spam” you should be able to receive all communications in your inbox.

    If this still does not work, please raise a request via the request for help contact form.

  • Please ensure you have signed in. While the catalogue is visible without signing in, keeping in mind data and privacy requirements, you are required to sign in to view the full catalogue. This is for the benefit of all our users. Once you register / sign in either as buyer or seller you will have access to the catalogue.

  • If you are a sports person, an agent or a tournament / team owner or have a sports related content to market, you should register as a Seller on the platform. If you are a marketer or a brand interested in engaging with any of the sports assets and opportunities listed on the platform you should register as a buyer.

  • An asset is any one of the following – An Athlete, Team, Tournament, or any Content around a sport. An opportunity is the nature of engagement that the above asset is available for. For example, if you are an athlete, you are an asset. If you are available for endorsements, personal or digital appearances, Digital Activation etc. these are types of opportunities. A marketer may be interested in an individual opportunity or a package. Zupotsu platform allows these configurations to be decided in a guided way.

  • To list an asset, you must be registered as a seller on the platform. Once you register as a seller, you can click on the “my assets” tab in the menu bar and click list an asset. For each asset, you can add multiple types of opportunities. If you find any difficulty in doing so, you may fill up the request for help form and our onboarding team will be happy to assist.

  • You may save your form as draft, and this will be available for future completion in the draft section. You may also add opportunities later. As Zupotsu we understand that sometimes this information requires time and effort. A good quality catalogue is paramount for your asset to be discoverable to your potential buyers, so we provide you full flexibility to update this in phases.

  • By default, we have simplified the listing in four subgroups – Athletes, Teams, Tournaments & Content. You may select the option closest to your asset including those for e-Sports. Should you have any doubts, feel free to raise a request for help and our onboarding team will be happy to help.

  • At Zupotsu we continue to expand our master data to reflect all the sports from around the world. In case you still do not find the option you are looking for; you may select others or fill a request for help form. We will gladly assist you in listing your asset.

  • Yes, at least 1 Thumbnail and 1 banner image is mandatory. This is to ensure uniformity of experience for our buyers and makes it easier for your assets to be discoverable. If you need any help in the process, you may fill out a request for help and our onboarding team will assist you in the process.

  • We do have a “other information” section for unclassified data. Should you feel this is an important field to have separated out, drop us a line. We continuously enhance the platform and can look at your ideas and requests in future updates.

  • As a quality control step, all listings are monitored and scrutinized by our onboarding team and therefore it may take some time for an asset to be listed. Once listing is approved, we shall notify you. However, in cases we must either reject a listing our request some additional information, our onboarding teams may reach out to you.

  • Yes, you can go back to “my assets” tab and modify any of the listings. Do note that once any asset is modified, you may not see the edits until the same is approved. If you feel your edit is time critical, just drop us a request and we shall do the needful immediately.

  • An asset may be removed from the platform automatically upon the expiry of the availability period or it may be removed due to policy or terms of service conditions being not met. If you feel this is an error, you may reach out to us using the request for help form.

  • At Zupotsu, we have taken immense pains to standardize and enrich our catalogue information to aid your decision making. Having said that, Zupotsu is an evolving platform, and we understand the selection process is complex and is linked with your overall marketing strategy. If you need any assistance in the selection process, our customer success team is happy to assist. Do fill the request for help form and we will be happy to support you in your selection journey.

  • If you have a clear and documented brief, you may go over to the opportunities section for the asset of interest and fill the Request for proposal form and provide relevant details. Our customer success teams will review your request, reach out for missing information if any and provide you with a detailed proposal.

  • If you need a proposal for multiple opportunities for the same Asset, you may do so while filling up the request for proposal form on that asset’s detailed page. However, if you need a combo proposal of multiple assets, you may fill up the request for help form and one of our customer success associates will get in touch.

  • In normal circumstances, our associates will respond to you within 2 working days of any request. If inadvertently this is taking longer, you may send us an email at, care@zupotsu.com and we will review your request on priority.

  • Zupotsu has a rich library of marketable opportunities that we will continue to expand and beyond what is listed on the platform, we do have private assets that are typically kept so at the request of the sellers. In case your requirement is not listed, just fill up the request for help form and we will evaluate your request and confirm if we can help you with the same.
